Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Method

Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground included with your purchase; free of charge to you. We try by all means necessary to ship your package the same day the order is placed as long as it’s before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

If your order is placed on Friday using USPS, and you’ve selected expedited shipping such as Next Day, the package will not arrive until next business day (Monday). This can be avoided if you select Next Day Air via UPS, in which case it is expected to arrive Saturday.

Missing or lost package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the time it is out of our control. Rest assured we are here to help, please feel free to reach us at any time at support@solbotanicals.shop or using our Contact Us page.

Shipping Restriction

Due to laws and restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to ship to the following states; Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington DC,  Wisconsin. In addition to the following cities and counties; Denver (Colorado), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Alton (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Oceanside (California), Ontario (Oregon), San Diego (California), and Sarasota County (Florida).

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require that you complete the Exchanges and Refunds submission form. Allow for a customer service representative to contact you for further instructions within 24 hours of request. Please do not send your purchase back until contacted by customer service. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days . If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@solbotanicals.shop.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same or different item, we require that you complete the Exchanges and Refunds submission form , and allow for a customer service representative to contact you for further instructions within 24 hours of request. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
